Fantasy Basketball Resources
So over at Mock Draft Central they did their 2008 Fantasy Basketball Expert Mock Draft last week. I always have fun tracking and comparing these drafts with my rankings and the rankings from other site’s I use. Plus I’m in the middle of a 12 team H2H draft right now so all the help I can find is always a good thing.
With less than a week to go before the start of the NBA season (just checked the countdown clock at NBA.com…5 days:9hours and some change) there are still a lot of drafts happening. One of my favorite quotes is from Samuel Johnson, “Knowledge is of two kinds. We know a subject ourselves, or we know where we can find information upon it.”
The problem nowadays with playing fantasy sports is the amount of information that is available. Having to sift through it all is admittedly fun, but it can be time consuming. Over at Give Me The Rock, Patrick has taken all the leg work out for you with the GMTR Fantasy Basketball Buffet 2008. If your waiting on your draft or in the middle of one it’s well worth the time and effort to check out the resources listed.
Here’s a couple of other resources that will come in handy before, during and after you draft. The first is a pdf download from The Score. I’ve been downloading their guides for quite awhile and they are great for in-season reference as well as draft prep. The player profiles are a great tool.
